What we liked
- + Adjustable torque from 1.6 to 4.5 kg/cm lets you set the platter feel for mixing or scratching
- + Phono and line outputs, with no grounding wire needed, connect to a mixer or any line input
- + Vertically adjustable S-shaped tonearm with anti-skating accommodates different cartridges and slipmats
Trade-offs
- - No cartridge or headshell is mentioned in the listing, so budget for a DJ cartridge as well
- - Priced for working DJs, well above the Audio-Technica direct-drive decks in this guide
