What we liked
- + 6.5-inch woofer gives more bass than the smaller bookshelf speakers in this guide
- + 1-inch silk dome tweeter with 120W RMS handling
- + Classic wood effect finish suits traditional room decor
Trade-offs
- - Priced near $117, higher than the small passive pairs here
- - Needs an amplifier or receiver, and the 240W max figure is a peak number
