Fluance Gold Plated RCA Cable with Dual Spade Ground Wire, 3 Feet (PFHTCA)
3 ft Fluance RCA cable with gold-plated connectors and an attached ground wire with a spade on each end. Replaces the signal cable and the ground lead in one run between turntable and external preamp.
Price range: See on Amazon
What we liked
- + RCA signal cable and ground wire in a single run, so there is one tidy cable instead of two
- + Dual spade ground lead designed for use with an external phono preamp
- + Gold-plated RCA connectors from an established turntable brand
Trade-offs
- - Only useful if your turntable has RCA output jacks: decks with a captive cable cannot use it
- - 3 ft length is short, and the listing gives no detail on shielding or capacitance
