Crosley C62C-WA Record Player with Speakers, Walnut
C62C turntable with matching external bookshelf speakers on an audio-grade MDF plinth, pre-mounted Audio-Technica moving magnet cartridge and switchable preamp.

What we liked
- + Separate bookshelf speakers listed at 30W RMS each give wider stereo than any built-in suitcase speaker
- + Aluminum tonearm with cueing lever, adjustable counterweight and anti-skate control, with a pre-mounted Audio-Technica cartridge
- + Synchronous motor, resonance-dampening feet and a lowering dust cover; switchable preamp allows an outside stereo
Trade-offs
- - Two speakers plus a turntable need more space and cabling than an all-in-one case
- - Two-speed only (33 1/3 and 45 RPM), so it cannot play 78 RPM records
