What we liked
- + 6.5-inch woofer and 1-inch tweeter in a 2-way passive design, like the B652 it replaces
- + Wood veneer cabinets add warmth and suit traditional or modern rooms
- + Priced under $80 for the pair, strong value for a 6.5-inch bookshelf speaker
Trade-offs
- - Needs a separate amplifier or receiver, since the speakers are passive
- - Power handling is 60W RMS, so it suits modest rooms and amps rather than big systems
