What we liked
- + Adjustable counterweight lets you set tracking force instead of relying on a fixed, preset tonearm
- + Phono and line outputs work with or without a separate phono stage, so it connects to most amps and powered speakers
- + Bluetooth output pairs with wireless speakers or headphones, and USB sends records to a computer as MP3 files
Trade-offs
- - No built-in speakers, so you need powered speakers, an amplifier or a Bluetooth speaker before you can listen
- - Two speeds only (33 and 45 RPM), and the listing gives no platter material or speed accuracy figure
