What we liked
- + Balanced XLR output alongside RCA suits amplifiers and active speakers.
- + High-pass filter on the phono input cuts subsonic noise below 20 Hz.
- + PSVANE ECC83 tubes are swappable, and tone control has a bypass mode.
Trade-offs
- - It costs more than other tube phono stages in this guide.
- - The listing describes MM phono input, so MC cartridges may need a step-up.
