What we liked
- + 15W x 2 RMS output suits small passive speakers in a desk or shelf system
- + All aluminum alloy shell is described as reducing electromagnetic interference
- + Distortion listed under 0.4 percent, with a price near $27
Trade-offs
- - Only 15W per channel, so it will not drive large or low sensitivity speakers loudly
- - Fabater is a little-known brand, and the listing says little about inputs, so check connections
