What we liked
- + Computer-free recording saves records straight to a USB stick or memory card.
- + Plays 33 and 45 RPM records as a standalone player, with a 3.5mm stereo output.
- + Runs on USB power or four AA batteries, so it can be used away from an outlet.
Trade-offs
- - Aoresac is an unknown brand and the listing gives no cartridge or tonearm details.
- - ABS construction and a mini format suit casual digitizing rather than critical listening.
