What we liked
- + Direct-drive design from Audio-Technica with fully manual operation for full control of playback
- + Bluetooth with aptX Adaptive can stream to wireless speakers, with wired and USB outputs also listed
- + Connects to wired audio systems and powered speakers, so it works with many existing setups
Trade-offs
- - Priced around $440, well above the Crosley it replaces, so it is a premium direct-drive pick
- - Fully manual operation means you place the tonearm yourself, which beginners may find less convenient
